Plan/Design/ArchitectOwners, Matt or Mike, meet with the homeowner to discuss their needs and then offer plan and design ideas for the project. This usually takes place in tandem with the bid process. All details about the materials, design, pattern, and concrete finish are specified in the bid. -
PrepareWith a signed agreement, MD Concrete and the homeowner schedule a date to start the project. Matt and Mike are happy to coordinate work with other subcontractors if the homeowners have multiple projects coinciding. -
ProduceMatt and Mike work alongside their team to prepare the job site and produce the finished product. Once a project is started, MD Concrete is devoted to that project until the concrete is poured and finished. Most projects last 2 days. -
For larger and/or decorative concrete projects, it may be necessary for MD Concrete to return after the concrete has been poured, finished and adequately cured in order to complete such tasks as saw cutting, power washing and sealing. This process usually adds no more than a few hours of time at the job site.Finish -
MD Concrete provides the owner with information pertaining to the maintenance and care of their concrete. It’s always a good idea to re-seal a concrete project every Fall. This will help maintain its clean, new look and add protection from salt and de-icers. Upon request, MD Concrete offers this service.Maintain
